| Habe vor etwas mehr als 2 Monaten eine Catcam bestellt und eine defekte Cam erhalten. Nachdem ich mit Mr.Lee Kontakt aufgenommen habe, hieß es ich solle die defekte Kamera an eine Retourenadresse in Deutschland schicken, mir würde dann eine neue zugesandt werden. 2 Monate später ist noch immer keine neue Catcam angekommen. Auf emails wird nicht mehr geantwortet, sehr schade! Hätte nicht erwartet das hier solche Betrüger am Werk sind. |

| Ich habe meine zwei Cat Track I Geräte schon seit jetzt fast 8 Jahre evtl sogar schon länger. Sie funktionieren immer noch ! Ich nutze sie aber nicht die ganze Zeit nur um als FUN die Wege meiner Katze auszukundschaften. Ich habe meine an ein Katzengeschirr befestigt und um die Gummihülle und den Tracker nochmal zusätzlich ein Garn gebunden und am Katzengeschirr festgemacht. ( Meine Katze hatte es nämlich schon einmal verloren) Problem ist nur das was ich habe das Windows das GPS Gerät nicht erkennt aber bis jetzt habe ich es nach einer Zeit immer wieder ans laufen bekommen. |

| Ich habe 2 Cattrack für meine beiden Kater bestellt. Nach einem Monat Nutzung ist das Plastik an der die beiden Metallringe befestigt werden gebrochen. Mr. Lee reagiert nicht auf meine Emails?! Der Service ist eine Frechheit. Einen Monat später ist nun das andere Cattrack genau an der selben Stelle gebrochen. Eine unfassbar schlechte Qualität ist das!!! |

| Very nice! Received fast (until 8 or 10 workday) I veboted the cat track1 and the cat track live 3 with tracking service. Both are running well. Ok, Mr.Lee forgot to send the tracking service, but 2 emails later I had the logindata. Its amazing, you can send emails to a cat (Mr.Lee) =) |

| Short version: DO NOT BUY! Long version: I bought CatCam (this one http://www.mr-lee-catcam.de/pe_cc_o1_en.htm) and it arrived from USA relatively quickly. However internal battery of the camera was defective lasting only quarter of what was promised. I contacted Mr.Lee and tried to find solution to this problem and asked replacement. According to this ( http://www.mr-lee.com/about.htm#10 ) Mr.Lee should be happy to replace defective items but after a few emails Mr.Lee stopped ansewering to my emails. Because I did not get anymore replies to my emails I made PayPal dispute and escaleted it. This ended to decision to send the item back to Mr.Lee and refund. However Mr.Lee claims to operate in Hongkong and Anderson, USA ( http://www.mr-lee.com/about.htm#1 ) and I was asked to send the camera to Cyprus. After a few weeks I got PayPal decision of the claim and they refused to refund because they could not associate the delivery to this claim. This makes me think that did someone gave me wrong address in purpose. Anyway situation is this: I lost my money, CatCam and shipping costs to Cyprys. SO DONT DEAL WITH MR.LEE, DONT BUY ANYTHING!
